At Miss Cover, we aim to provide you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience, ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely. We are committed to delivering the best service to you!
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates:
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time typically 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery time typically 2-4 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery time typically 1-2 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free Local Delivery and Pickup:
- Free Pickup: If you're in the Downtown Toronto area, you can choose to pick up your order for free at our location.
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery within a 20km radius of Downtown Toronto (GTA). This applies to all orders within the 20km radius; simply select the delivery option at checkout, and you will not incur any shipping fees.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States only.
- We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Miss Cover is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and consider tracking your package to avoid any issues.
Address Changes:
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
