Miss Cover No-Return/Refund Policy (For Hygiene Purposes)
At Miss Cover, we prioritize the hygiene and safety of our products. To maintain these high standards, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on certain items due to hygiene reasons. However, we still offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following products:
- Nipple covers and other intimate apparel
- Beauty products or personal care items
- Products that come into direct contact with the skin

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can still take advantage of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we'll work with you to find a solution, such as an exchange or store credit.

2. Provide your order number and a brief description of your concern.
3. We'll review your request and guide you through the next steps. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Hygiene & Safety:
To ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers, we kindly ask that you refrain from using or opening products if you may wish to return them. Once opened or worn, products cannot be accepted back due to hygiene reasons.
